“I love living here. The property manager is amazing and is always willing to work with me on any issue that comes up. I feel safe here, and my young son does too. I feel secure enough in the "it takes a village" mentality among the neighbors that my my kid can play outside without me having to helicopter. My only complaint is the perpetual state of atrociousness that is the parking lot during winter months...total safety hazard. I've sustained a couple of significant injuries since there is basically no maintenance in the parking lot. Otherwise, amazing place to live.”

Rent is decent and utilities are fair. Mark is an amazing landlord: receptive, friendly, and overall proactive if any needs arise.
